While I live reveiw
The book I choose to do my book report on was While I live, by John Marsden. John Marsden lives in south east Melbourne. he lives on a farm where he sometimes holds writing camps for gifted young writers. He has two loving children and a wife who live with him at his farm house in Melbourne. So far John Marsden has written over thirty books with his latest release being Incurable, the second book in the sequel to tomorrow when the war began tomorrow when the war began about a group of kids that decide to go camping for a few days in a very remote area aptly named “hell”. while the small group is out camping australia is invaded. all of their parents are taken hostage and kept at their hometown of wiarawee. so to aide the armed forces in the reclaiming of australia this small band of teenagers decide to become gorillas risking life and limb for their beloved country, family and friends. the book is all about them surviving in the bush and their battles against an unnamed enemy.
i would recomend this book for teenagers and up because it deals with some fairly mature issues that some younger ages would not be able to deal with.
